This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Pro-Scanner collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We respect your privacy and only collect what is necessary to operate the Service.

1. Data We Collect

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
Usage data: trades and journal entries you create, watchlists, settings, and support tickets.
Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and anonymized analytics about how you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, process payments, authenticate you, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted processors required to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. Each processor is bound by data protection agreements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and trading records are permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the in-app Support form.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections, row-level security in our database, and access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

7. International Transfers

Our processors may store data in the EU and the US. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
