Welcome to Pro-Scanner ("the Service"), operated by Total Trading. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Beta Service

Pro-Scanner is currently offered as a closed Beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

2. No Financial Advice

Pro-Scanner is an analytics and education platform. Nothing displayed through the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions to Pro-Scanner Terminal are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer it, resell access, or use it to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Trading and Pro-Scanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
